Rebel Rabbit Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations

**NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.**

**Eligibility:**
1. The Rebel Rabbit Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Rebel Rabbit and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The sponsored tailgates will occur on November 25th at the Clemson vs South Carolina football game on stadium grounds.

**Entry Period:**
2. The Sweepstakes begins on October 12th, 2023 and ends on November 13th, 2023 (the "Entry Period").

**How to Enter:**
3. To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must submit their valid email address on the official Rebel Rabbit website during the Entry Period or through the Rebel Rabbit owned social accounts.
4. Entries are limited to one per person. Multiple entries from a single person will not be considered.

**Prizes:**
5. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package valued at $2,000, which includes four tickets to the Clemson vs South Carolina University football game, parking pass, and a private tailgate fully catered.
6. Prize fulfillment is subject to availability. Rebel Rabbit reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.

**Winner Selection:**
9. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
10. The drawing will be conducted within two (2) days after the Entry Period has ended.
11. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email within one (1) day of the drawing.

**Claiming the Prize:**
12. The Grand Prize Winner must respond to the notification email within 24 hours and provide any requested information for prize fulfillment.
13. If the Grand Prize Winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

**General Conditions:**
14. Rebel Rabbit reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, without notice.
15. Rebel Rabbit is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures that may affect entry submissions or the selection of winners.
16. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rebel Rabbit and its affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
17. By entering, participants grant Rebel Rabbit permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

**Privacy:**
18. Rebel Rabbit will collect and use entrants' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Rebel Rabbit website.

**Disputes:**
19. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, and entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of South Carolina.
