Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@drinkrebelrabbit.com. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not require customers to ship items back to us. Historically, our drinks can be vulnerable to damage during transit, and we aim to minimize unnecessary risk. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@drinkrebelrabbit.com, and if your return is accepted, you will not be required to return the product. We encourage you to share the product with someone else if you do not wish to keep it.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees since we do not require the physical return of the product.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Cost Refunds apply exclusively to the cost of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return of the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
